I was going to say that this was my first fanart piece in awhile, but that isn't true. But I have to say i was pretty passionate about this one.

For those who don't know, this is a piece based from the PS3 DLC game Journey. It is a wonderful game, and if you have a PS3 I HIGHLY recommend getting it. I was going to wait, but I caved in and it was well worth it. I won't spoil anything, but I had to do at least one piece of art from it.

I occasionally like to do landscapes, where I use a more soft brush than my usual cell-shaded figures. I think this one is one of my more successful products.

Oh man I do have a two monitor set up at home... I might do this. Ha ha.
Very lovely color use. I haven't gotten to play the game as of yet but I feel like I should eventually as everyone keeps saying it is quite good. Good use of brush.

Hehe I probably should get to putting together my wallpaper pack for this. I've just been really busy these past few weeks, so I haven't gotten to it.

Thank you! Oh if you ever get to it you should play the game. It's really gorgeous and so much fun. Plenty of replay value in my opinion.

This is beautiful. It reminds me of Zelda, Red Riding Hood, and the Coheed and Cambria Music video for, "The Broken."

Thank you! Oh it is such a great game, it is sort of like a Zelda without all the combat. And the characters do sort of look like Red Riding Hood xD I haven't watched that music video yet, but I probably should!
